Manufacturing Engineering Manager

We're looking for a highly experienced Manufacturing Engineering leader to lead our engineering department and serve as the company’s manufacturing engineering authority. This role includes setting engineering strategy, building, and implementing processes, and driving project execution from development to production environments.

🔧 What You’ll Do

• Lead and manage the Manufacturing Engineering department end-to-end.
• Define engineering strategy, goals, and annual work plans.
• Oversee planning, prioritization, workflows, staffing, and performance.
• Manage projects from NPI to manufacturing and ongoing maintenance, including transfer to production and testing equipment.
• Establish engineering standards and procedures to support organizational goals.
• Implement and sustain PLM system.
• Collaborate with subcontractors and cross‑functional teams.
• Support regulatory processes and audits.
  
  

• Education in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (B.Sc. – advantage).
• At least 7 years of experience in manufacturing engineering roles, and at least 3 years of experience in managing manufacturing engineering function. Experience in med-tech organization is a must.
• Experience in companies handling both development and production.
• PLM experience, Arena is advantage.
• Strong project management and leadership capabilities.
• Familiarity with regulatory processes for medical devices.
• Multidisciplinary engineering experience — advantage.
• High proficiency in English.
