Paragon is a fast-growing Cyber intelligence company, that is rapidly establishing itself as a key

player in the industry. We are a young innovative company with a cutting-edge product

based in Tel Aviv.

We are looking for an IT Support Specialist to join us. As part of the role, you will be a member of the IT support team within the R&D group.

• Maintain, upgrade and install company’s endpoints
• Implementing security policies on endpoints and servers by using the most advanced technology and solutions in the market
• Install and enforce company’s security policy to all devices and users
• Design and implement automation processes to increase the team’s efficiency
• Work inside highly sensitive networks and environments and provide technical support to users throughout the company
• Automate and constantly improve support process
  

• Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems
• Hardware troubleshooting (desktops, laptops, peripherals)
• Networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN)
• Experience with ticketing systems
• Software troubleshooting (OS, Office apps, browsers)
• Basic knowledge of Active Directory and user management
• Email system support (Microsoft 365 / Google Workspace)
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Clear verbal and written communication skills (Hebrew and English)
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple support requests
• Customer-focused mindset and patience
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, GCP)
• Experience in Linux OS

• Basic scripting (PowerShell, Bash, Python)
• Endpoint management tools (Intune, JAMF, SCCM,JumpCloud)
• Cybersecurity best practices knowledge
• Remote support experience and tools
