We are looking for a Global Quality & Sustainability Manager to lead our worldwide quality and sustainability strategy. This role is responsible for building scalable processes, driving continuous improvement, and ensuring alignment with customer requirements, international standards, and product definitions across all sites.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and implement global quality and sustainability policies.
- Set KPIs and monitor performance across sites.
- Lead annual planning, management reviews, and certification processes.
- Drive cross-site quality improvement and sustainability initiatives.
- Oversee customer complaints, cost of quality, and environmental impact assessments.
- Partner with Product Development and cross-functional teams.
- Manage and mentor global QA/QC teams in Europe and the US.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering — advantage.
- CQM / CQE certification — advantage.
- 5+ years in Quality Management, including 3+ years in a global role.
- Knowledge of ISO 9001, 14001, 45001 and ESG frameworks.
- Experience managing global budgets.
- Fluent English.
