We are seeking an IT Application Support Specialist / Financial Systems Operations Manager to help ensure the availability, stability, and efficient operation of our investment systems. This role includes operational ownership, technical support, collaboration with business users, cross‑organizational interfaces, and work with technology partners , offering broad exposure to financial, technological, and operational domains.

What You’ll Do

• Operate and maintain a multi‑system investment technology environment with numerous interfaces
• Perform daily operational routines across multiple domains
• Serve as first‑line support: incident identification, investigation, troubleshooting, and coordination with third‑party vendors
• Define, configure, and manage monitoring processes to detect and prevent failures, including creating playbooks for alert‑driven incident types
• Manage production rollouts and perform sanity checks
• Lead improvement initiatives and proactive failure‑prevention activities
• Collaborate with internal and external technology partners, including close work with business users

What Are We Looking For?

• 5+ years of experience in operations, support, and application incident handling in a complex environment (experience with financial systems — an advantage)
• Experience working in diverse technological environments, including databases, SQL, Active Directory, and monitoring / control tools such as Centrity, Control‑M, API Management, vault systems, and more
