About the Position

We are looking for a Backend Software Engineer to join our Core team, focusing on integrating with device management systems and building management platforms. This strategic domain drives rapid innovation and has an immediate business impact, involving complex technical challenges and scalable backend services.

As part of the role you will have the opportunity to:

• Research and development integrations with IoT Management Systems (e.g., Video / Building Management System) while ensuring high availability, scalability, and system resilience
• Develop new backend services to communicate with external systems and devices using a variety of APIs, including REST, SDKs, and other network protocols
• Optimize performance and maintain system reliability at scale
• Guide and mentor team members
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring seamless operation of integrations
• Work closely with customers to address challenges, and provide technical support when needed

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Java and Spring Boot – Must
• B.Sc. in Computer Science - Must
• Proven experience in leading design and system architecture of complex features - Must
• Knowledge of MySql - Must
• Experience with Docker - Must
• Knowledge of Go - Advantage
• Experience with networking (familiarity with network protocols such as HTTP, TCP, UDP, SNMP) - Advantage
• Experience with CI/CD tools (Gitlab/Jenkins) - Advantage
• Strong analytical and problem - solving skills
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
