IT & System Administrator

We’re looking for a IT & System Admin who loves solving problems, working with talented people, and exploring new ideas.

What’s the job?

• Manage and handle the day-to-day operations of the company's IT infrastructure including software, hardware computer equipment and networks.
• Support employees’ needs and provide world-class service including onboarding new users, setting up computers and accounts, application installation etc.
• Oversee access to internal company resources, maintain conference rooms, and resolve
• Installation and ongoing support of computer hardware, software, multimedia equipment, printers, networks, scanners, and other equipment.
• Manage the relationship with relevant service providers and handle the issues until the problem is resolved.
• Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks - performing software/ hardware updates.
• Build our IT knowledge base and maintain continual documentation of standards, processes, and procedures required to deliver high-quality service and ensure its implementation.
• Training employees on new systems.
• Manage the company's inventory
• Partner with stakeholders across the organization to analyze and develop solutions for IT needs.
• Support fast-paced growth of the company, planning ahead and maintaining best practices for a scaling company.
• Support security-related topics and activities.

What do you bring?

• 4+ years experience in IT administration and support in a medium-sized organization or similar roles.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Hands-on experience across a wide IT scope including computers (Mac and Windows) hardware and software applications, Servers, Multimedia and user support experience including installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
• “Problem solver” and willingness to provide the best service with empathy, patience, and excellent listening skills.
• Experience with cloud computing fundamentals (AWS, GCP, Azure) – Must.
• Excellent project management skills and excellent interpersonal skills.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Hebrew, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work with external vendors for services and a variety of support services.
• Independent, self-driven, and autodidact.
• A security-first mindset - working according to the security process.
• Experience with networks, computer and server systems, security, databases, and data storage systems.
• Experience supporting systems such as Multimedia services (Zoom, MS Teams ), email services, MacOS & Windows operating systems, Windows server technologies, Cloud Directory Services, SAML, and SSO environments,
• Experience in writing user manuals, and knowledge-base documentation.
