Are you a Salesforce expert with a passion for designing complex architectures and leading technical excellence?

We are looking for a Senior Salesforce Technical Architect to join our team and spearhead large-scale technological solutions.

As a key technical leader, you will design, develop, and implement high-performance, scalable, and secure solutions while mentoring developers and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

What You’ll Do:

• Architect & Lead: Design and lead complex technical architectures on the Salesforce platform, focusing on performance and scalability.
• Hands-On Development: Build custom solutions using LWC, Apex, Visualforce, and Salesforce APIs.
• Integrations: Design and execute integrations with external systems (ERP, CRM, etc.) using REST/SOAP and Middleware.
• DevOps Excellence: Implement CI/CD processes using Azure DevOps and Git.
• Strategic Advisory: Analyze business requirements and translate them into detailed technical design documents (TDD).
• Mentorship: Guide and mentor developers to ensure high standards of code quality and Best Practices.

Requirements:

• Experience: At least 5 years of Salesforce experience, with at least 1-2 years as a Technical Architect.
• Technical Mastery: Deep knowledge of Sales, Service, Experience (Community), and Marketing Clouds.
• Architecture Guru: Proven experience in Data Modeling, Permissions, Flows, and complex system design (Must).

• Certifications:
• Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) – Mandatory.
• Application Architect / Integration Architect / PDII – Significant Advantage.
• DevOps & Security: Deep understanding of CI/CD, security protocols, and system planning.
• Communication: Fluent in Hebrew and English (Written & Verbal) – Mandatory.
• Education: B.Sc. in Computer Science or Software Engineering – Significant Advantage.
