A company in the field of men's cosmetics is recruitng a full-time international purchasing and shipping manager
As part of the role:
Monitoring and promoting purchasing and importing with the company's suppliers and shipping companies and working with them on an ongoing basis in order to promote the flow of material to the company in the fastest and best way, as well as raising flags in the event of problems.
Responsibility for F.UP with suppliers (overseas + local) and resolving supply problems
Producing purchase orders
Checking and approving purchase invoices
Receiving price quotes from international shipping suppliers
Producing paperwork for international shipping and F.UP shipments
Updating and maintaining import files
Receiving import orders for inventory against shipping documents received in warehouses.
Experience and understanding of import/export legality and working with shipping companies
Experience in the operation and import process from the preliminary stage of production regulations
Experience in procurement promotion
Experience working on the Priority information system
Experience working with Excel at a high level
