🚀 We’re hiring – SW Automation and Validation Engineer

Looking for your next challenge in test automation and quality engineering?

An innovative tech environment is looking for an experienced SW Automation and Validation Engineer to join a global R&D team.

🔹 What you’ll do:

Design, develop, and maintain automated tests and test infrastructures in C++

Validate software functionality against system requirements and specifications

Collaborate closely with software developers and validation engineers worldwide

Create test plans, analyze results, and identify defects

Investigate, document, and track bugs until resolution

Continuously improve test coverage and automation frameworks

Work with modern tools and state-of-the-art testing technologies

Be part of an Agile development environment

🔹 What we’re looking for:

B.Sc. in Computer Science or a related field

5–6 years of experience in automated testing using C++

Experience writing test plans and working with testing methodologies

Familiarity with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps)

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Team player with a proactive mindset and sense of ownership

🔹 Nice to have:

Experience with simulators, processors, or AI-related product validation

Experience in Agile/Scrum environments

Python scripting experience
