The Group

Our group develops image sensors that are integrated into the cameras of all leading smartphone brands.

Our Security FW team plays a critical role in ensuring the integrity and security of our next-generation image sensors.

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Firmware Team Lead for the Security FW team.

What will you do?

Lead a team designing and developing security features and secure boot firmware for our cutting-edge image sensors.

• Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and guide a team of highly skilled embedded engineers.
• Foster a productive and collaborative environment, empowering team members to excel.
• You'll be responsible for planning, scheduling, and executing projects, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
• Collaborate closely with managers and engineers from teams such as Security Architecture, Digital Design, Digital Verification, FW Verification and FAEs.
• Develop firmware in C on embedded processors with resource constraints.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience leading engineering teams.
• 5+ years of experience in firmware or embedded software development.
• Proficient in C programming, with a demonstrated ability to write efficient code optimized for resource-constrained hardware.
• B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Ability to understand the full system requirements, constraints and limitations.
• Capability to quickly grasp new fields and technologies.
• Excellent teamwork, flexibility, and multitasking skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and intercultural skills, including written and verbal communication in English.

Advantages:

• Experience with Secure boot, Security countermeasure development and threat modeling for embedded systems.
• Experience in firmware development on hardware emulators such as FPGA and Cadence Palladium.
• Experience with Arm Cortex-based CPUs.
