Mental Health Clinical Data - Site Head

We are seeking an experienced manager to head our mental health research and clinical testing site. This role requires substantial experience in operations and people management, and will be responsible for the site’s physical space, team members, data-driven processes, and the day-to-day execution of clinical trials and clinical testing for mental healthcare.

In this position, you will:

• Serve as the on-site head and primary point of contact with headquarters (in Tel-Aviv)
• Lead and manage teams that including clinical research associates and clinical coordinators, while fostering a supportive environment
• Take ownership of site operations, which involve execution of (observational/non-interventional) clinical trials and the commercial deployment clinical tests, for patients with mental health and neurological conditions
• Provide support and guidance to team members working with patients, in sensitive mental health situations and contexts
• Manage all site operations including office, labs, HW equipment, and SW systems to ensure continuous and efficient operations
• Responsible for complex operational issues, escalations, and critical incidents, including technical issues or sensitive situations involving study and clinic participants
• Oversee schedules, staffing, and operational continuity across shifts
• Ensure quality of data collection procedures meets FDA-compliant standards
• Continuously improve workflows, processes, and overall site efficiency
• Collaborate with other leaders in data operations, medical, and research departments
• Take full ownership and operate independently in a fast-paced startup environment

Our ideal candidate will:

• Have meaningful professional or volunteer experience interacting with patients with mental health or neurological conditions
• At least 5 years of experience in operations and people-management roles, demonstrating strong leadership
• Proven experience managing physical operations (research labs, healthcare clinics, other facilities, or similar environments)
• Savvy working in a technological environment, including research equipment, computers, software systems and tools
• Experience managing a mental health research lab or treatment site, strongly preferred
• Highly accountable, independent, and proactive
• Proven track record of taking ownership and delivering results
• High social intelligence, emotional intelligence, and empathy
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution
• Prior experience working in or with startups, is a plus
