Digital Forms & Letters Implementer (Low-Code Systems)

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Digital Forms & Letters Implementer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing and maintaining digital forms and digital correspondence within a Low-Code platform, working closely with business and IT stakeholders to deliver efficient and compliant digital processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and configure digital forms and digital letters within a Low-Code system
• Build business logic, rules, and workflow processes according to business requirements
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand needs and translate them into technical solutions
• Perform testing, troubleshooting, and support processes through to production
• Maintain and enhance existing processes in accordance with regulatory and business requirements
• Work closely with IT teams, vendors, and technology partners

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of experience in information systems implementation or application configuration - Must
• Strong technical orientation with the ability to understand business logic and end-to-end processes - Must
• Experience with digital forms systems, Low-Code platforms, or workflow (WF) solutions - Must
• Basic understanding of JavaScript and the ability to read and write simple scripts - Must
• Proven experience working with business users and leading implementation processes - Must
• Strong self-learning ability, attention to detail, and a structured, methodical work approach - Must
• Experience in regulated environments
• Familiarity with document generation or digital correspondence systems
