We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist with a strong passion for technology, people, and sourcing, to join our professional and dynamic recruitment team.

About the role:

• End-to-end recruitment for technology positions
• Active sourcing and headhunting via LinkedIn and additional platforms
• Hands-on work with LinkedIn Recruiter
• Managing multiple recruitment processes simultaneously
• Close collaboration with hiring managers, clients, and internal stakeholders
• Working as part of a collaborative recruitment team

Requirements:

• at least 2 years of experience in tech recruitment – mandatory
• Proven experience in sourcing and headhunting – mandatory
• Experience working with LinkedIn Recruiter – mandatory
• Experience recruiting for security / defense-related roles – strong advantage
• Experience working with an ATS – advantage for experience with Comeet
• Experience working with clients / outsourcing recruitment models – advantage
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with multiple stakeholders
