Chief Financial Officer

For a well-established and growing international industrial company that develops, manufactures, and markets advanced products for the automotive industry, we are seeking an experienced

Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join the executive leadership team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and drive the company’s global financial strategy

• Full responsibility for financial management, including budgeting, cash flow, reporting, and controls

• Work closely with senior management and the Board of Directors

• Support growth initiatives, operational efficiency, and international expansion

• Oversee financial systems, pricing, regulatory compliance, and audits

Requirements:

• Approximately 20 years of experience in senior finance leadership roles

• CPA – mandatory

• Proven experience as CFO in an industrial/manufacturing company

• Experience in organizations with annual revenues of hundreds of millions of USD

• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, supply chain, and cost structures

• Experience working with international markets and global operations

• Strategic mindset, leadership capabilities, and true business partnership approach

• Fluent English – mandatory
