We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Finance Operations Administrator to join our Finance team.

Responsibilities:

• Be an integral part of the Finance team and support ongoing financial operations
• Support the Budget Transfer process and manage activities within the BPM system
• Process position-related financial transactions in internal systems
• Take part in financial infrastructure and system improvement projects
• Promote alignment and collaboration between different business units

Requirements:

• Strong system orientation and technical skills - Must
• High proficiency in Excel - Must
• Fluent English (written and spoken) - Must
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office - Must
• Ability to work independently and learn new systems autonomously
• Proactive, self-motivated, and solution-oriented approach
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
