פלסן מחפשת מהנדס/ת כלים ועזרי ייצור לתפקיד הנדסי מעשי (Hands-on), המשלב תכנון מתקנים וכלי ייצור, עבודה צמודה עם מהנדסי מוצר, וליווי רצפת הייצור משלב התכן ועד ייצור סדרתי.

תחומי אחריות

-תכנון והכנת תשתיות לרצפת הייצור: כלי ייצור, תבניות ועזרי ייצור

-פירוק הרכבי מוצר מהמודל והכנת תשתיות לכתיבת הוראות עבודה

-ליווי והנחיה שוטפת של הייצור ומתן מענה הנדסי בזמן אמת

-שותפות פעילה בסקרי תיכון מוצר ובחינת התאמת התכן לדרישות ייצור אופטימליות

-עבודה משותפת עם מתכננים ומהנדסי מוצר ומתן משוב הנדסי

-הסמכת קבלני משנה לתהליכי ייצור רלוונטיים, בהתאם לצורך

דרישות התפקיד

-ניסיון של 3 שנים ומעלה בתכנון מתקנים וכלי ייצור – בדגש על מתכת ו/או מרוכבים

-ניסיון מוכח בהעברה מפיתוח לייצור

-ניסיון בעבודה עם תוכנות CAD (CATIA – יתרון)

-ניסיון בשילוב עבודת תכנון עם ליווי רצפת ייצור

-יכולת טכנית גבוהה וחשיבה הנדסית יישומית

Manufacturing Tooling Engineer

Plasan is looking for a Manufacturing Tooling Engineer to join our engineering team.

This is a hands-on role combining tooling and fixture design, close collaboration with product engineers, and continuous support of the manufacturing floor — from design to serial production.

Responsibilities

• Design and development of manufacturing tools, molds, and production aids
• Preparation of shop-floor infrastructure and work instructions
• Ongoing engineering support and guidance for production activities
• Active participation in product design reviews, ensuring manufacturability and optimal production solutions
• Collaboration with product engineers and designers
• Qualification of subcontractors for relevant manufacturing processes

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in tooling and fixture design for metal and/or composite products
• Proven experience in transferring products from development to production
• Experience with CAD systems (CATIA – an advantage)
• Ability to combine design work with hands-on manufacturing support
• Strong technical problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset
