Linux System Administrator 2018

We are looking for an experienced Linux System Administrator to join a challenging and meaningful large-scale project.

This is a full on-site position at our offices in Holon (not hybrid), in a dynamic and heterogeneous environment.

Role Description

• Deployment and maintenance of computing solutions for complex, mission-critical systems
• Troubleshooting infrastructure and system issues at customer sites and internal project laboratories
• Providing fast and effective solutions for users in complex, multi-environment development setups
• System characterization, documentation, and procedure writing
• Integration with interfacing and adjacent systems
• Hands-on work in a dynamic, heterogeneous environment

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience with Linux-based operating systems
• Experience managing Microsoft Domain environments
• Strong understanding of operating system processes
• Basic knowledge of TCP/IP networking
• Experience setting up Domain Controllers (DC) and creating/managing GPOs
• Experience with Microsoft Certificate Authority (CA) – installation and certificate deployment
• Experience managing virtualized environments (VM creation, network configuration, snapshots)
• Familiarity with NetApp storage systems – advantage
• Strong self-learning abilities and ability to integrate into an existing IT team
• Willingness to travel and work at various sites in Israel and abroad
• Team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
