🚀 We’re Hiring | Computer Vision Verification Team Lead
📍 Be’er Yaakov, Israel
Do you enjoy turning complex algorithms and raw data into clear, measurable insights?
We’re looking for a Computer Vision Verification Team Lead to lead a hands-on team validating advanced computer vision / EO systems in a multidisciplinary R&D environment.
🔍 What you’ll do:
- Lead and mentor a verification development team while remaining hands-on
- Develop tools for data analysis and performance evaluation
- Analyze system behavior and translate results into clear insights
- Work closely with Algorithm, Systems, and Physics teams
- Drive investigations, analysis, and continuous improvement
🧠 What we’re looking for:
- B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering or Software Engineering - required
- Proven experience leading a technical team - required
- 3+ years of hands-on experience developing data analysis tools
- Strong hands-on experience with Python and MATLAB
- Background in Computer Vision / Image Processing – strong advantage
- Experience with C - advantage
- Highly independent, detail-oriented, with excellent interpersonal skills
