Marketing Coordinator

The Marketing Department of a leading firm is looking for a Marketing Coordinator with strong business orientation and high execution capabilities.

About the Role:

• Lead conferences and events end-to-end, from concept development to execution (content planning, speaker selection, invitations, and production)
• Collect post-event data, analyze results, and derive actionable insights
• Manage marketing projects such as alumni programs and additional initiatives
• Manage and maintain the firm’s social media platforms
• Work with business partners on sponsorships, events, and joint marketing activities
• Own newsletters and upload content to the firm’s website
• Ongoing collaboration with the marketing team and firm partners, including preparation of marketing materials, presentations, reports, and content editing

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Marketing or related disciplines) – required
• 2–3 years of experience in a similar marketing role within a medium to large organization – required
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with clients and business partners
• Proven project management skills and ability to prioritize multiple tasks
• Experience in marketing, digital, and social media environments
• Strong analytical skills, including data collection and business insights generation
• Very high level of English (spoken, written, and reading) – required
