This is a fantastic opportunity for a second‑position Controller to join a well‑established private organization in a senior role reporting directly to the CFO.

About the Role

Full responsibility for all accounting and financial reporting processes, including billing, collections, reconciliations, payments, and tax reporting
Preparation of financial statements in accordance with global guidelines and regulatory requirements
Managing monthly and annual closing processes, including balance sheet reconciliations and journal entries
Reporting financial results to global management
Cash flow and working capital management
Preparation of annual budgets and forecasts
Leading the annual audit process with external auditors
Managing the accounting team

Requirements

Certified Public Accountant (CPA) – mandatory
2–3 years of experience as an Assistant Controller in a global company – mandatory
High level of English – mandatory
Proven experience working in or with global organizations – mandatory
