Role Overview

EIVA HR Solutions is looking for a Business Development Representative (SDR) to support our growth.

We are a London-based company working globally, with a strong focus on Israeli startups. We’re looking for an Israel-based SDR who will engage with the Israeli startup ecosystem and be the first point of contact with potential clients.

This is a great opportunity for students or early-career professionals who are excited about startups, global business, and learning by doin, while gaining hands-on experience in sales within a fast-growing, international company.

What will you do?

• Use prospecting strategies to lead initial outreach to prospects
• Identify the needs and challenges of the prospective customer
• Schedule discovery meetings for sales representatives and prospects
• Prospect, qualify, and create sales opportunities
• Manage personalized outbound campaigns

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience as a BDR / SDR or in a similar sales role
• Experience working with a CRM system
• Excellent Hebrew and English communication skills (written and verbal)
• Strong self-starter with motivation to learn, grow, and succeed
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, startup-oriented environment

Advantages

• Experience in B2B sales (recruitment, staffing, HR, SaaS, or services is a strong plus)
• Familiarity with startups, tech companies, or offshore business models
• Experience working with international clients
