About The Role

As a Product Manager at Brandlight, you’ll be the single-threaded owner of a complex product area, turning ambiguous customer and business problems into shipped, adopted solutions. You’ll define what matters, prioritize ruthlessly, and drive outcomes end-to-end in close partnership with R&D and GTM, in a fast-moving, high-ownership environment.

Responsibilities

• Own product strategy and execution for a core product domain end-to-end.
• Translate ambiguous problems into clear specs, priorities, and measurable outcomes.
• Drive roadmap, tradeoffs, and delivery in tight partnership with R&D.
• Work directly with customers and GTM to validate needs and shape solutions.
• Define success metrics, track adoption, and iterate based on real usage.
• Communicate clearly across stakeholders and keep teams aligned and moving.
  
  

• 7+ years of product management experience, owning complex products in fast-paced environments.
• Proven track record of end-to-end ownership.
• Strong ability to choose the right problems, prioritize, and drive outcomes.
• Moves fast from ambiguity to shipped product with clarity and momentum.
• Excellent communication: crisp thinking, strong alignment, clear decisions.
• Experience working directly with customers and GTM (sales, marketing, CS).
• Strong technical understanding and ability to partner deeply with R&D.
• Curious, autodidact mindset with high ownership.
