NOC Team Leader

NESS is looking for a NOC Team Leader.

Professional and operational management of the NOC team, working in a 24/7 shift-based environment.

Leading monitoring processes, incident detection, and initial response to system and network events.

Responsibility for investigating cross-system incidents, driving process improvements, and preventing recurring issues.

Ongoing collaboration with Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, Development, and Support teams.

Managing service reports, including SLA, availability, and incident trends.

Training new team members and building the team’s professional knowledge bas.

Implementing and maintaining monitoring tools, automation solutions, and dashboards.

Managing and operating the command and control center.

Full time job | Tel Aviv.

Requirements:

• At least 6 years of experience managing technological teams.
• Strong familiarity with monitoring and alerting systems, with emphasis on core NOC consoles and operational environments.
• In-depth understanding of NOC workflows, including interfaces with internal and external support teams.
• At least 4 years of experience managing a NOC within a large, distributed organization supporting 1,000+ users.
