About The Role

As a Product Designer at Brandlight, you’ll be a product-first executor who ships high-quality design fast, turning direction into production-ready UI/UX for complex, data-heavy products. You’ll work under a design lead and closely with product and engineering, owning design slices end-to-end, iterating quickly, and amplifying the team through strong execution and delivery.

Responsibilities

• Execute high-quality product design across key user flows and product areas.
• Turn direction into production-ready designs quickly and consistently.
• Identify UX problems, propose improvements, and drive iterations to ship.
• Partner closely with Product and Engineering to deliver realistic, buildable designs.
• Design for complex systems: edge cases, data density, and scalable UI patterns.
• Communicate clearly and collaborate smoothly across stakeholders.
  
  

• 4+ years of product design experience, shipping real product work in fast-moving teams.
• Proven ability to own complex design initiatives end-to-end (within a larger product system).
• Strong execution speed: rapid iteration without sacrificing quality.
• Clear communicator, aligns quickly with product, design, and engineering.
• Low ego, highly collaborative, team-first mindset.
• Designs with strong awareness of engineering constraints, edge cases, and data-heavy UX.
• Curious, autodidact with strong ownership and growth mindset.
