About the Role

We're looking for a Supply Chain & Logistics Manager to manage our international shipping and distribution operations. The role focuses on managing inventory across multiple remote warehouse locations and ensuring fast, efficient product flow at minimum operational costs.

What You'll Do

-Manage multi-location inventory across remote warehouses in Israel, Dubai, USA, and Europe

-Plan and execute international shipping operations (air and sea freight), with focus on Dubai-to-US routing

-Work with customs brokers in the US and globally to ensure smooth customs clearance

-Synchronize inventory and shipments with Amazon and Shopify platforms

-Manage a team of 2 employees, including prioritizing tasks and daily workflow

-Continuously review shipping and packaging costs to improve commercial terms with logistics providers

Required Qualifications

-Minimum 3 years of experience in logistics and supply chain management

-Proven experience working with customs brokers and US shipping regulations

-Fluent professional English for daily communication (speaking and writing)

-Advanced Excel skills (data analysis, pivot tables, formulas)

-Previous experience managing employees

-Ability to work under pressure

-Additional languages: German, French, Italian, or Spanish - significant advantage

-Bachelor's degree in Logistics/Industrial Engineering and Management - advantage
