Role Description

Lead and coordinate all local market commercial requirements within a global organization, working closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Development and Finance teams.

The role includes reviewing, validating and aligning global commercial processes to local market needs across pricing, promotions, trade terms, customer agreements and customer hierarchies.

You will act as a key interface between local business stakeholders and global teams, ensuring commercial processes are translated into effective, scalable operational solutions.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience in commercial roles such as Sales, Trade, Pricing or Promotions Management

• Strong understanding of end-to-end commercial processes, especially Order to Cash

• Ability to translate business requirements into operational and system solutions

• Experience working with SAP in a commercial context (OTC / TPM) – strong advantage

• Experience in system implementation or transformation projects (SAP S/4HANA – advantage)

• Very high level of English – mandatory
