Client Reporting Analyst – Multi-Family Office

Job Description

KY Financial Group, a well-established Multi-Family Office based in Modi’in, is seeking a Client Reporting Analyst to join its reporting and finance team.

The role focuses on the accounting, reconciliation, and data integrity aspects of client financial reporting for high-net-worth and qualified clients.

Preparing consolidated reports in a Multi-Family Office environment is inherently complex. Each client report reflects multiple bank accounts, capital market portfolios, alternative investments, private funds, real estate holdings, and fee structures, all of which must be accurately validated, reconciled, and consolidated into a single, reliable financial picture.

Key Responsibilities

• Preparation and production of quarterly and periodic client financial reports
• Accounting-based calculations, reconciliations, and validation of client data
• Balance reconciliations across bank accounts, custodians, and investment platforms
• Verification of management fees, performance fees, commissions, and expenses
• Organization, cleansing, and validation of financial data from multiple sources
• Uploading and maintaining data in Snapir reporting software and internal BI systems
• Performing management-driven financial calculations and ad-hoc data checks
• Maintaining accuracy and consistency during the preparation process of all reports
• Close collaboration with internal investment, operations, and management teams
• Team-based work under tight deadlines during reporting cycles

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Business Administration – mandatory
• Relevant experience in one or more of the following environments:
• Family Office / Multi-Family Office
• Banking or Private Banking
• Fund administration / financial services
• Hedge funds or investment funds
• Experience working with high-net-worth / qualified clients
• High level of accuracy, analytical thinking, and attention to detail
• Ability to work under pressure and meet fixed deadlines
• High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality
• Fluent Hebrew and English
