About The Role

Our first Marketing Designer, you’ll own visual storytelling at Brandlight. Taking our brandbook and creating high-impact assets across our digital and physical presence: website, social, landing pages, decks, and sales support. This is an “all-around DJ” role: you’ll mix brand + performance + product storytelling, move fast, explain your choices clearly, and ship assets that we’re proud to publish. You’re AI-native and you build workflows that scale creative output without losing taste.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end marketing design across web, social, sales, and events.
• Turn the product into clear, compelling visuals that drive action.
• Build and ship landing pages in Webflow (design → implementation).
• Create decks and sales collateral that improve enterprise conversations.
• Use AI workflows to accelerate research, iteration, and production.
• Collaborate closely with founders, marketing, sales, and product teams.
  
  

• 5+ years of experience as a marketing / brand / multidisciplinary designer in a tech company (startup or high-output team).
• Strong visual storytelling skills, can explain design choices with clarity and reasoning.
• Excellent communicator, fluent in English, preferably also in Hebrew.
• Ability to deploy landing page in webflow from A-Z
• Comfortable designing across formats: social, web, decks, banners, conference assets, sales support.
• Can take a brand book and produce assets we’re proud to publish within days.
• AI-native: builds workflows using GenAI tools to move faster (without lowering quality).
• High taste and high filter for excellence, quality first, then scale.
• Hands-on, independent, low ego, and thrives in fast iteration loops.
