We are looking for a skilled ETL Developer to join our data team. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining complex data integration processes, ensuring the high performance, stability, and reliability of our enterprise data ecosystem.

Core Responsibilities

• ETL Development & Maintenance: Design and maintain Extract, Transform, and Load (ETL) processes using Informatica PowerCenter.
• Cloud Integration: Develop advanced integration processes in Informatica IICS, including seamless connectivity between On-Prem systems and Cloud environments.
• Architecture & Pipelines: Build complex Data Pipelines for Data Warehouses (DWH) and Data Lakes, with a strict focus on performance and scalability.
• Diverse Data Connectivity: Interface with a wide range of organizational data sources, including operational systems, applications, logs, and APIs.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with Infrastructure, System, Security, and R&D teams to deliver robust end-to-end solutions.
• Data Excellence: Support data exploration, troubleshooting, and quality assurance. Drive continuous improvement through process optimization, refactoring, and implementing industry Best Practices.

Professional Requirements

• Experience: 3-4 years of hands-on experience in ETL development using Informatica PowerCenter within an enterprise DWH environment – Must.
• SQL Mastery: Proven experience with complex data structures, advanced SQL querying, and performance tuning – Must.
• Databases: Proficiency in working with relational databases such as Oracle, SQL Server, or Teradata – Must.
• Informatica IICS: Experience with Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services (IICS) – Significant Advantage.
• Cloud & Modern Data Stack: Familiarity with Cloud environments (AWS / Azure / GCP) and Data Lake architectures – Major Advantage.
• Data Modeling: Deep understanding of data models, including logical and physical modeling.
