Mertens – MalamTeam is hiring a SIU Logistics & Warehousing Lead

Role Descriptio

Lead and drive logistics and warehousing processes within a complex, global SAP environment.

The role focuses on ensuring alignment between business operations and SAP workflows, with end-to-end ownership of Deliver processes.

You will work closely with outbound logistics, internal warehouses, 3PL providers and SAP support teams, while mapping and validating Day-2 operational processes such as transportation, shipping, load management, distribution routes, docking and storage points.

Requirements

• Proven experience leading logistics and warehousing processes in industrial or operational organizations

• Deep understanding of shipping, outbound logistics, warehousing and 3PL operations

• Experience working with SAP logistics and warehousing modules – SAP WM / EWM (strong advantage)

• Familiarity with Transport Planning and warehouse management processes

• Strong stakeholder management skills in multi-interface environments

• High-level English – mandatory
