Job Description:

As part of our growth, we are looking for a strong, hands-on financial professional for a demanding and impactful role, involving close work with senior management, entrepreneurs, and key decision-makers across the Israeli market.

This role is designed for individuals with personal resilience, sharp analytical thinking, and the ability to lead end-to-end business processes in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead financial and business analyses supporting strategic decision-making, growth, and financing processes.
• Perform in-depth analysis of financial statements, budgets, cash flow, and overall business performance.
• Evaluate economic feasibility of projects and companies.
• Conduct financial and business analyses for debt financing and investment purposes.
• Work directly with executives, entrepreneurs, and financial stakeholders
• Take an active, hands-on role in business processes with real influence on outcomes.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in economics/accounting/business administration – mandatory
• Meaningful, continuous professional experience in one core role (CPA/Financial Analyst/Economist/Valuation/Corporate Finance) – significant advantage
• Up to 5 years of professional experience
• Proven experience in financial statement analysis and strong business understanding
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and perform under pressure
• Strong sense of ownership and ability to lead tasks and processes
• Excellent interpersonal skills and strong team orientation
