We are currently seeking a talented Senior financial Systems Analyst to join our dedicated team. In this pivotal role, you will provide essential support and solutions for all the financial systems within the organization. You'll work within a collaborative environment, playing a key part in maintaining and enhancing the systems that power The Phoenix's operations.

What you’ll do?

• Collecting and analyzing requirements, and writing business specifications in a complex financial systems environment.
• Managing ongoing work with external vendors and technology teams, alongside close collaboration with business users.
• Writing and maintaining system documentation, including oversight and quality control of vendor deliverables.
• Leading system integrations, including working with APIs, process mapping, and analyzing data flows.
• Performing data analysis, mapping data sources and targets, and ensuring data quality across interfaces.
• Managing system versions, monitoring environments, and maintaining continuous controls.
• Leading production go‑live processes and performing sanity checks in collaboration with the vendor and the business unit.

What are we looking for?

• At least 7 years of experience in systems analysis within financial domains / capital markets / investments.
• Proven experience in writing complex business specifications and improving business processes.
• Strong background in system integrations and APIs (including leading, planning, and monitoring integration processes).
• Experience in version management and Release Management.
• Experience working with third‑party vendors – a significant advantage.
