Position Overview:
We are seeking an innovative and strategic-minded Head of Growth to drive the expansion and success of our company through data-driven marketing initiatives. This senior leadership role requires an individual with a proven track record in scaling user acquisition, optimizing conversion funnels, and enhancing user retention strategies. The ideal candidate should have a strong analytical mindset, exceptional leadership skills, and a passion for leveraging insights to fuel company growth.
Responsibilities:
- Growth Strategy Development: Lead the formulation and execution of comprehensive growth strategies aligned with business objectives and KPIs, fostering sustainable and scalable growth.
- Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of growth marketers, setting clear goals, providing guidance, and fostering a culture of innovation and experimentation.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize analytics and data-driven insights to identify growth opportunities, track performance, and optimize marketing strategies across various channels.
- User Acquisition: Oversee the development and implementation of effective user acquisition initiatives encompassing SEO, SEM, social media, content marketing, partnerships, and other relevant channels.
- Conversion Rate Optimization: Lead efforts to optimize conversion funnels, landing pages, and user experiences to enhance conversion rates and maximize customer acquisition efficiency.
- Retention and Engagement: Develop and execute strategies to improve user retention, engagement, and lifetime value through personalized and targeted approaches.
- DTC Expertise: Proven specialization and significant experience (X years) in developing and implementing successful growth strategies specifically within the Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) space.
- In-depth Understanding of DTC Models: Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of various DTC business models, customer acquisition tactics, subscription models, and retention strategies.
- Experience with DTC Channels: Hands-on experience and success in leveraging DTC channels such as e-commerce, subscription services, online marketplaces, or other direct sales models.
- Track Record in DTC Growth: Demonstrated success in significantly scaling DTC brands or products, achieving substantial growth in customer acquisition, conversion rates, and customer
- Experimentation and Testing: Drive continuous A/B testing and experimentation to iterate on strategies, messaging, and product offerings for optimal results.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and analytics teams to align growth strategies with product development and customer needs.
- Market Analysis: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to identify new growth opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
- Budget Management: Manage the growth marketing budget effectively, allocating resources based on performance analysis and ROI measurement.
- Reporting and Insights: Generate and present regular reports on key growth metrics, performance indicators, and actionable insights to stakeholders and senior management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. An MBA or advanced degree is advantageous.
- Proven experience (X years) in a senior growth marketing role, demonstrating a successful track record of driving substantial growth in a dynamic environment.
- Exceptional leadership abilities with a focus on fostering a data-driven and innovative team culture.
- Expertise in growth marketing strategies, digital marketing channels, and user acquisition tactics.
- Proficiency in utilizing data analytics tools and platforms to derive actionable insights and guide decision-making.
- Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across multidisciplinary teams.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong passion for driving scalable and sustainable growth.
- Experience within the SaaS or technology-driven industry is a plus
