We are seeking a skilled and motivated ETL / BI Developer to join our global BI team and support the evolution of our data infrastructure.

In this role, you will take ownership of designing, developing, and maintaining the company’s data warehouse environment on Databricks, transforming complex, large-scale data into reliable and actionable analytical assets.

You will work in an international, fast-paced environment, collaborating closely with BI analysts, product teams, and business stakeholders to deliver end-to-end data solutions that directly impact decision-making across the organization. This role is ideal for a hands-on data professional who enjoys building scalable data pipelines, working with Big Data technologies, and translating business needs into strong analytical foundations.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain the company’s Data Warehouse (DWH) using Databricks and Big Data best practices.
• Build scalable, reliable ETL pipelines integrating multiple data sources.
• Ensure high standards of data quality, integrity, and performance across the data ecosystem.
• Optimize data models and pipelines for performance and scalability.
• Write advanced SQL queries for ad-hoc analysis and reporting needs.
• Collaborate closely with BI analysts to support dashboards and analytical use cases.
• Partner with business stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical data solutions.

Requirements

• 3 years of experience developing ETL processes and data pipelines.
• Proven hands-on experience with Databricks or similar Spark-based data platforms in production environments.
• Strong experience with SQL and Python.
• Experience working with Big Data and complex datasets.
• Experience integrating data from sources such as MySQL and AWS services.
• Solid understanding of data warehousing and analytical data modelling concepts.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
• Proficient in written and spoken English.
• BSc / BA in a relevant field.

Preferred Skills & Experience

• Experience working in global or multi-entity organizations.
• Familiarity with BI tools and analytical workflows.
• Experience translating business questions into scalable, maintainable data solutions.
