Who You Are:
- Experienced Leader: Proven track record of managing PMs and Designers (Must).
- Domain Expert: Background in Fintech, Insurtech, or Gaming—comfortable with complex financial flows and high-end UX.
- B2B Pro: Deep experience in B2B/B2B2C software environments.
- Strategic Builder: You don’t just manage; you build methodologies and drive growth.
