Senior Product Manager

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to join the core team of a growing Israeli technology startup and lead the definition and development of the company’s products. This is a key, hands-on role focused on a smart physical system that combines hardware and software. The role requires a Product Manager with a strong technological background, who can deeply understand customer and system needs and translate them into clear, actionable product requirements. This is not a sales or business development role, but a technical product role that bridges customers, the product, and the engineering and development teams.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead end-to-end product definition, including functional and technical requirements
• Work closely with engineering and development teams to guide development and prioritize features
• Gain a deep understanding of customer needs and translate them into practical, implementable product solutions
• Own and manage an existing product with multiple versions, while leading the development of future capabilities
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather requirements, define scope, and prioritize initiatives
• Take ownership of the product lifecycle and write high-quality Product Requirements Documents (PRDs)
• Balance business considerations with technical constraints and insights to support effective decision-making

Requirements:

• 5-6 years of experience in Product Management- Must
• Experience working with physical products or systems that combine hardware and software- Must
• Ability to translate product requirements into requirements with physical and performance implications- Must
• Experience as a technical Product Manager, with high technical understanding and close daily collaboration with development teams- Must
• Experience writing product and specification documents (PRDs, functional and technical specifications)- Must
• Technical and engineering understanding of systems combining Hardware, Embedded, and Software- Significant Advantage
• Experience working in technology companies, startups, or complex product environments- Advantage
• Business understanding and the ability to prioritize based on customer needs, product value, and market requirements- Advantage
