We’re hiring a Full Stack Engineer to join a team where engineers take end-to-end ownership of product areas and lead ideas from concept through delivery. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-moving startup environment and enjoys building impactful, customer-facing solutions.

The ideal candidate has strong experience with React and Python, hands-on exposure to building AI-powered workflows, and is comfortable working in cloud-native environments (Docker/Kubernetes on AWS or Azure). While you won’t be the primary owner of DevOps or infrastructure, you should be confident collaborating in those environments.

Beyond technical skills, success in this role requires clear communication, strong collaboration, accountability and adaptability. We’re looking for someone who enjoys working closely with teammates, taking ownership, and navigating evolving requirements as the product and company grow.

Responsibilities

• Own product features end-to-end: requirements clarification, technical design, implementation, testing, rollout, and iteration
• Build across a modern React web application and Python backend services
• Develop backend services that use asynchronous processing, background workers, and job orchestration to support scalable workflows
• Design and implement AI-enabled workflows such as retrieval and inference pipelines, multi-step agent execution, and evaluation and reliability improvements
• Build AI-driven components that assist or automate service workflows, including decision support, guided actions, and agent-human collaboration patterns
• Work in a cloud-native, containerized environment (Docker, Kubernetes) in collaboration with platform and DevOps teams
• Participate in and lead code reviews, raising standards for quality, maintainability, testing, and performance
• Lead technical topics/tasks: drive alignment, break down work, mentor peers, and push initiatives to completion in a changing-priorities environment
• Use AI coding tools pragmatically to improve delivery speed while maintaining high code quality and clear guardrails

Must-Have Technical Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software development experience building production-grade web/mobile applications and backend services in the cloud
• Proven ability to deliver production features end-to-end, including testing and rollout
• Strong experience with:
• React (modern patterns, component architecture, state management)
• Python for services/APIs, including async paradigms and background workers (queues/jobs) in production
• Mandatory: Practical, consistent experience integrating AI coding tools into daily development workflows (e.g., refactors, test generation, debugging, and acceleration with appropriate guardrails and quality practices)
• Solid familiarity working in cloud-native setups:
• Exposure to Docker and Kubernetes (enough to develop, debug, and collaborate effectively; not necessarily to own infra)
• Experience working on AWS and/or Azure

Preferred / Nice-to-Have

• Experience with React Native or mobile development
• Experience building or operating AI or LLM-powered systems, such as retrieval pipelines, grounding strategies, agent execution flows, or evaluation frameworks
