What You’ll Do

We’re looking for a Product Operations Manager with an AI mindset – someone who loves building scalable systems, empowering product teams, and using automation + data to elevate every stage of the product lifecycle. If you thrive at the intersection of product, data, and operations, this role is built for you.You will be responsible for:

• Partner closely with Product, Engineering, QA, and Implementation to ensure products run smoothly and teams stay aligned and equipped.
• Develop AI-powered workflows, insights, and automations that streamline product planning, discovery, and execution.
• Build systems to capture, analyze, and visualize usage data, turning signals into actionable recommendations for PMs.
• Collect, organize, and interpret both qualitative and quantitative insights to support clear, data-backed product decisions.
• Design and optimize processes and internal tools that improve communication, visibility, and execution in a fast-growing environment.
• Drive and lead product launches, ensuring all stakeholders are aligned and execution is flawless.
• Champion scalable product operations by identifying opportunities for efficiency and implementing AI-enhanced solutions.
  
  

• 3+ years of Product Operations or R&D Technical Program Management experience with a proven track record of impact – Must
• Problem-focused and solutions-oriented, with exceptional attention to detail and a hands-on, “roll up your sleeves” approach
• Strong understanding of the full product development lifecycle- Must
• Passion for AI, with curiosity about how to integrate automation and intelligence into daily Product workflows
• Data-driven, comfortable with metrics, experimentation, and translating data into insights – Must
• 2+ years working with digital analytics and/or data visualization tools (e.g., FullStory, Tableau, Looker, or similar) – Advantage
• BSc in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field – Advantage
• Collaborative, organized, and great at influencing without authority
