What You'll Do

As a key member of the AI team specializing in NLP and LLM, you will play a crucial role in the design, development, and implementation of NLP solutions that enhance Droxi’s product offerings. Your contributions will directly impact how healthcare providers interact with our AI-powered tools.

• Work on end-to-end NLP projects, including feature requests, solution development, production deployment, and ongoing monitoring of AI-driven functionalities.
• Leverage extensive medical datasets to develop user-centric applications that improve healthcare workflows and EHR inbox management.
  
  

Requirements:

Who You Are

• A skilled Data Scientist with hands-on experience in Natural Language Processing (NLP) tasks such as NER, classification, and tools like spaCy, LangChain, and Hugging Face.
• Familiarity with LLM fine-tuning techniques, including methods like LoRA and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
• Strong expertise in Python programming and setting up infrastructure for model deployment.
• A self-motivated individual with a “can-do” attitude, taking ownership and responsibility for your work.
• Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively as part of a dynamic team.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
  
  

You’ll Be a Perfect Match if You Also Have:

• Experience with MLOps tools and frameworks (e.g., MLFlow).
• Familiarity with healthcare data standards such as ICD, UMLS, SNOMED, and LOINC.
• Experience with AWS infrastructure for model deployment and scalability.
• Knowledge of knowledge graphs and embeddings.
• Expertise in efficient inference techniques for NLP models.

Work Environment & Location

At Droxi, we value flexibility and collaboration. Our office is conveniently located in Ramat Gan, just a 2-minutes walk from Savidor train station, making it easily accessible. We generally prefer to work from the office three times a week to foster team collaboration and connection, but we’re open to discussing arrangements that work best for you.
