Co-Founder & CTO (Hands-on) - Visual CPQ / 3D Web Tech

STRUCT is building the digital operating system for the outdoor construction industry. We are developing a cross-vertical Visual CPQ Engine that bridges the gap between field visualization and engineering precision. Backed by secured funding and strategic partners, we have a pipeline of signed contracts awaiting deployment. We are democratizing enterprise-grade engineering tools for SMBs, transforming manual, weeks-long workflows into an instant "Field-to-Factory" experience.

Role Description

This is a strategic leadership role that requires deep hands-on execution. As a Co-Founder, you will own the entire technology stack and development lifecycle, leading the product from concept to production.

Your mandate:

• Technical Leadership: Define the system architecture and roadmap, creating the bridge between our "Headless CAD" logic and the web client.
• Core Development: Personally build and maintain the core application (Next.js), UI, and Admin Dashboard, ensuring a scalable foundation before expanding the team.
• 3D Engine Ownership: Lead the implementation of the WebGL/Three.js layer to ensure high performance and seamless UX on mobile devices.
• Orchestration: Manage the integration with our Computational Designer (who handles the engineering logic in Grasshopper/DynaMaker), ensuring seamless data flow via API.

Qualifications

• Complex Web Expertise: Deep mastery of Next.js, TypeScript, and Supabase/Firebase. Proven track record of delivering complex web applications end-to-end.
• Visual & Math Affinity: Strong background in WebGL, Three.js, or React Three Fiber (R3F). You must understand Geometry, Vectors, and 3D concepts.
• Architecture & Integration: Experience connecting "Headless" logic systems to modern web interfaces.
• Leadership Mindset: Ability to see the big picture while executing the details, prioritizing speed-to-market without sacrificing architectural integrity.
