Responsibilities

We are looking for an experienced Business Systems Analyst / Developer ( (Priority ERP) with a strong finance focus to lead the design, optimization, and continuous improvement of our financial processes. This role focuses on Priority ERP financial modules, enabling efficient workflows, strong compliance, automated approval processes, and reduced manual routines—ultimately helping shorten financial close cycles and ensuring reliable financial operations across multiple projects.

• Lead the analysis, design, and optimization of financial processes within Priority ERP
• Drive automation initiatives to reduce manual accounting work and improve efficiency
• Design and manage approval workflows, internal controls, and compliance mechanisms
• Support improvements to monthly and quarterly financial close cycles
• Translate finance and accounting requirements into clear functional specifications
• Lead end-to-end system implementation cycles, including requirements gathering, UAT, and deployment
• Collaborate cross-functionally on finance-related processes such as P2P, billing, cash management, and budget control
• Provide expert system support and guidance to finance teams, including training when needed
• Create and maintain documentation, process maps, and system guidelines

Requirements

• 7+ years of hands-on experience with Priority ERP, with a strong focus on financial modules (mandatory)
• Proven experience designing and implementing finance processes, approval flows, and controls
• Strong understanding of accounting, general ledger, budgeting, cash management, and P2P processes
• Experience improving workflows and reducing manual routines through system-based solutions
• Ability to translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a structured, process-oriented mindset
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work closely with finance and business stakeholders
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, or a related field

Advantages

• Experience with integrations between Priority and external finance systems (banks, invoicing, tax forms, etc.).
• Knowledge of internal controls frameworks (ISO/SOX-style) and audit processes.
