We’re looking for a strategic and creative Director of Product to lead the vision, roadmap, and execution of our next-generation B2C trading products.

Responsibilities:

• Define and own the product strategy in alignment with business goals and user needs
• Lead the full product lifecycle: discovery, validation, delivery, and continuous improvement
• Manage and mentor the product team, fostering a culture of ownership, creativity, and impact
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, marketing, and compliance teams
• Analyze product usage, behavior, and KPIs to inform prioritization and roadmap decisions
• Understand trader workflows, pain points, and expectations to guide product direction
• Identify market trends and competitive insights to uncover new opportunities

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in product management, including leading product teams
• Proven experience in trading, investing, or fintech – must
• Strong understanding of agile methodologies and data-informed product development
• Demonstrated ability to lead strategic initiatives and ship impactful products
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
• Fluent English – written and spoken
