Senior Buyer JB-4775

We are looking for a Senior Buyer to lead strategic sourcing, procurement, and cost management for our medical device manufacturing.

In this role, you will ensure a compliant and cost-effective Supply Chain that meets the highest regulatory and Quality standards. Working closely with Engineering, R&D, and Finance, you will align procurement with our business goals while mentoring and leading the Buyer team to drive operational excellence.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Economics, Business, or related field.
• Experience: 5-8 years in Strategic Sourcing/Procurement (Medical Device or Precision Manufacturing preferred).
• Experience managing or mentoring purchasing staff.
• Strong knowledge of procurement principles, market research, and supplier evaluation.
• Expert in BOM pricing analysis, cost modeling, and financial assessment.
• Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and relationship management abilities.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects in fast-paced environments.
• Proficiency in Priority ERP (report building/data analysis) and Excel.
• Highly organized with excellent cross-departmental coordination and communication skills.
