Information Systems Project Manager

COMBLACK is hiring an Information Systems Project Manager !

This role involves managing and leading end-to-end technological projects in the areas of document management, forms, and digital processes, including the implementation and deployment of OpenText systems, output solutions based on form-generation platforms, integration with core enterprise systems, and close collaboration with both business and technology stakeholders while managing multiple interfaces.

What are we looking for?

• 4+ years of experience in technology project management
• 3+ years of experience in systems integration, working with form-generation platforms and automated processes
• Experience in building work plans, defining schedules, and tracking milestones
• Experience managing tasks and tracking projects using Monday.com
• Experience writing technical specification documents and coordinating between multiple stakeholders
• Experience leading projects within Information Systems departments, including CRM system implementation, development of integration interfaces, and oversight of application development
• Experience leading information security projects, including tracking penetration tests (PT) and risk management
• Hands-on experience with OpenText, form-generation platforms, print solutions, CRM systems, Monday.com, and project management tools – a significant advantage

Relevant certifications in Project Management or Information Systems – a strong advantage
