20837 - NFT Senior Performance Engineer

Job description:

 We are seeking an NFT Senior Performance Engineer to join our defense team in Netanya.

This is a full-time position on-site

Responsibilities:

• Develop performance test plans, scenarios, and test cases based on system requirements and performance criteria.
• Design and write test scripts, implement them, and execute complex performance tests to evaluate system performance under load.
• Analyze performance test results, identify bottlenecks, and collaborate with development teams to optimize code and overall system performance.
• Develop and maintain performance testing tools, scripts, and frameworks.
• Implement and utilize performance monitoring and diagnostic tools to gather metrics and insights.
• Mentor junior performance engineers by providing technical guidance and knowledge sharing.
• Create detailed documentation of test plans, test cases, and test results.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, operations, and QA, to ensure performance standards are met.
• Research and integrate new performance testing methodologies and technologies to improve testing processes.

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience in NFT performance engineering or a similar role.
• Experience with NFT performance testing tools, scripting, and test execution.
• Strong analytical abilities to identify and resolve NFT-related performance bottlenecks.
• Practical experience with SQL.
• Experience working with JIRA.
• Good understanding of system architecture, load and stress testing concepts.
• Strong collaboration and documentation skills.
• High-level English proficiency (written and spoken).
• Willingness to travel abroad as needed.
