The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly experienced and analytical Product Manager to join our team in Tel Aviv. This is a critical role where you will own core payment features and integrations, driving the future roadmap and scaling our product within the competitive landscape of embedded payments. What You'll Do: Key Responsibilities

• Product Ownership: Drive the full product lifecycle from concept and discovery through successful launch and iteration.
• Design & Documentation: Craft precise, detailed PRDs and technical design specifications for new payment integrations and features.
• Data-Driven Strategy: Define, track, and analyze key product and business KPIs to measure performance, identify growth opportunities, and ensure product-market fit.
• Roadmap Prioritization: Strategically prioritize the product roadmap based on quantitative data, customer feedback, and alignment with company objectives.
• User Experience: Champion exceptional UI/UX to simplify and streamline complex payment and operational workflows for our B2B users.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Serve as the product evangelist, collaborating closely with Engineering, Sales, Customer Success, and Operations to define requirements and manage implementation scope.
• Market Intelligence: Conduct continuous market research and competitive analysis within the Embedded Payments and Fintech ecosystem to drive innovation.
• Deployment Management: Coordinate and support critical go-to-market activities, including configuration, live pilots, and advanced troubleshooting for product deployments.

What You'll Bring: Requirements

• 3 - 5+ years as a Product Manager in B2B SaaS Fintech, with hands-on ownership of payments products and white-label (branded) platform experiences for SaaS/marketplaces.
• Payments domain depth: practical experience with card acquiring, open banking, mandates/DD, tokenization, payouts/settlements, reconciliation, refunds/chargebacks.
• White-label SaaS expertise: shipped configurable, multi-tenant products (branding/theming, roles/permissions, partner enablement, SLAs).
• Technical acumen: strong API/product architecture instincts; capable of writing PRDs and technical specs (APIs, integrations).
• Analytics & experimentation: fluent with product analytics (Mixpanel/Amplitude/FullStory), A/B tests, cohorts, and KPI ownership.
• UX focus for financial workflows: simplify complex, high-trust flows across onboarding, billing, payouts, and ops dashboards.
• Ownership & drive: proactive self-starter, excellent collaboration with Engineering, Data, Design, Customer Success, and Operations.
• Education: BSc in Industrial Engineering, Management, Information Systems, Computer Science, or Software Engineering (or equivalent experience).
• Familiarity with GenAI/ML in product development (prompting, evaluation, guardrails) and cost/latency trade-offs.

Nice to Have

• Experience building embedded products for platforms/marketplaces.
• Exposure to accounting concepts (double-entry, sub-ledgers, revenue recognition, VAT/tax handling) and compliance (SOC 2, GDPR, Consumer Duty).
