We are looking for an experienced Cloud Dynamics CRM Product Manager to lead the roadmap, implementation, and continuous development of a Dynamics 365 CRM platform in a large, complex organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and own the product roadmap for Dynamics 365 CRM and its various modules
- Work closely with internal business stakeholders, technology teams, and external vendors
- Lead requirements gathering, prioritize business needs, and translate them into clear product specifications
- Accompany development processes end-to-end, including development oversight, UAT, and production rollout
- Perform hands-on configuration: create fields, forms, workflows, dashboards, reports, and low-code automations
Mandatory Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience as a Dynamics CRM Product Manager in a large organization
- At least 2 years of hands-on implementation experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM
