This is a unique opportunity to join a fast-growing, high-performing department that has consistently exceeded its goals and is constantly evolving and expanding. As we grow our international presence and deepen our global partnerships, we are looking for someone with strong leadership skills and a proven track record in business development, sales, or entrepreneurship—experience in the nonprofit world is welcomed but not required. We believe that the skills required to lead successful fundraising efforts—strategic thinking, relationship building, and persuasive communication—are shared across sectors. Fundraising & Donor Relations

• Manage & meet annual fundraising goals.
• Manage relationships with existing partners, including private donors, foundations, Jewish federations, and corporate sponsors.
• Identify and engage new funding opportunities in international markets.
• Draft compelling proposals and reports for foundations, federations, and individual donors.
• Oversee donor stewardship and impact reporting.
  
  

Strategic Development & Leadership

• Develop and implement an annual fundraising work plan with clear goals and objectives.
• Supervise all fundraising activities within the international development department.
• Lead marketing and digital fundraising campaigns targeting overseas audiences.
• Host and manage delegations from abroad, strengthening ties with international partners.
  
  

Team Management & Collaborations

• Supervise and mentor a team of 4-5 staff members in the resource development department.
• Coordinate with Latet’s local and international teams to align fundraising strategies with organizational priorities.
• Represent Latet at relevant meetings and conferences abroad when required.

הקמנו את לתת ב-1996, כארגון הסיוע ההומניטרי הראשון מסוגו בישראל ומאז עיצבנו את העשייה בתחום המאבק בעוני מתוך אמונה בכוחה של סולידריות. חידשנו את השאיפה לבסס את זהותה של החברה הישראלית על ערכים של ערבות הדדית ונתינה, הנחנו תשתיות של עשייה הומניטרית אפקטיבית וחדשנית ופיתחנו את החינוך להתנדבות כדרך חיים.

עם השנים הפכנו לארגון מוביל ומשפיע שפועל על פי אמות מידה של מצוינות, אחריות חברתית, שקיפות, יעילות, מחקר ולמידה. בזכות צוות מקצועי ומסור, אלפי מתנדבים ומאות שותפים לדרך, אנחנו יוצרים שינוי שמתחיל בחיי היומיום של הזקוקים לכך ומגיע עד למקבלי ההחלטות, בדרך ליצירת חברה צודקת וטובה יותר.
