Global Marketing Director

What You'll Do

• Own end-to-end marketing execution across the company
• Lead international defense conferences and events (planning, materials, presence)
• Create and manage marketing assets: presentations, brochures, datasheets, visuals
• Own and maintain the company website and core messaging
• Work closely with leadership, sales, and product to align messaging with real operational needs
• Manage external designers, vendors and agencies as needed
  
  

• Hands-on, organized and execution-oriented
• 3+ years of experience in marketing, experience in the defense industry - advantage
• Comfortable working in technical, B2B or defense-related environments
• Strong communicator who can turn complex ideas into clear, effective messages
• Independent and proactive, with a “get things done” mindset
• Proven experience running conferences, events, and end-to-end marketing deliverables
• Comfortable owning multiple workstreams in environments with limited structure
• Experience in marketing planning, including developing and executing strategic marketing plans
• Strong understanding of international marketing and global markets
• Experience working closely with sales and business development to support revenue growth and market penetration
• Experience managing external designers, vendors and agencies
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business or a related field
• Fluency in English, additional languages are an advantage
