Production Team Manager

Job Description

We are seeking a highly professional, experienced, and proactive Technical Production Manager to lead and directly manage an electronics manufacturing line.

This role combines hands-on leadership on the production floor with strong system-level and process-oriented thinking, and serves as a key position within the company.

The selected candidate will be the go-to person on the production floor —

someone with deep technical understanding of the products and systems, who works closely with technicians, provides training and guidance, solves problems in real time, and drives continuous improvement.

• Lead and manage a technical production team: mentoring, task allocation, prioritization, and performance evaluation
• Provide technical support for ongoing production issues, including electronic failures
• Identify, analyze, and resolve system- and component-level issues (troubleshooting)
• Lead root cause analyses (RCA) and prepare technical reports
• Work closely with cross-functional teams: Engineering, Quality, Procurement, R&D, and Logistics
• Support MRB, ECO, and NPI processes
• Improve manufacturing processes: identify bottlenecks, conduct analyses, and lead optimization and automation projects
• Maintain a system-level view of operations: performance analysis, workload management, early risk identification, and priority setting

• Minimum 6+ years of experience managing technical teams (at least 10 employees) – mandatory
• Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering – mandatory
• Proven experience in electronics manufacturing / integrated systems environments – mandatory
• Experience in transferring products from development to production – mandatory
• Strong expertise in system- and component-level troubleshooting
• High-level technical English proficiency
• Strong analytical and system-thinking skills
• Excellent interpersonal communication, flexibility, customer-oriented mindset, and real-time problem-solving ability
